In Vino Veritas … and very much fun !

Tempted by a gourmet wine tasting, discovering local wines together with goat cheese and other tasty local specialties ?

Sitting in our old vaulted barn, revel in a fun and enlightening local wines tasting selected by Clotilde. After graduating in Sensorial Analysis at the University of Wine in Suze la Rousse, she knows how to entertain you while teaching the most important tasting techniques.

We often falsely believe that we know nothing about wine … Let’s spend a couple of hours together, and learn to trust your own senses ! Sometimes we just lack the vocabulary to find the right words about your perception. You’ll learn them in a fun way by letting go with no fear of judgment.

This wine tasting session will help you understand how vine culture and grapes vinification can influence the taste, just like the weather. Then you’ll learn how to taste wine with all your senses, and eventually find out qualities and flaws in a wine. This pleasure will be combined with a tasting of local specialties .
